At The Kitchen Specialists, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted kitchens with care, clarity, and commitment.
These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding throughout your journey with us.

Definitions “The Kitchen Specialists” refers to the supplier of goods and services as outlined in your quotation. “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods and/or services.
These Terms apply to all quotations, sales, and services provided by us and override any other terms unless agreed in writing.

Quotations and Pricing
​
Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
​
Prices may change after this period due to supplier costs, material availability, or market conditions.
​
A quotation becomes binding only once formally accepted and a deposit is received.
​
​
Deposit and Payment
​
A 30% deposit confirms your order and secures scheduling.
​
The remaining balance is due 21 calendar days before the agreed delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
​
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit or credit card, or approved finance arrangements.
​
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of delivery.
​
​
Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the nature of bespoke products, everything is manufactured to your exact specification.
​
As a result, Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun or materials have been ordered.
​
Cabinetry & Fascia’s are none refundable in any/all circumstances.
​
Appliances, Laminate worktops and accessories may be eligible for a refund provided they remain in their original packaging, are unused, and in resalable condition. All such returns are subject to supplier approval and may incur a restocking fee.

Delivery and Installation
We will make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including supplier issues, adverse weather, or access limitations. ​In such cases, we will notify you promptly and reschedule delivery at the earliest opportunity.
​
Please ensure the site is accessible and prepared for installation, including completion of any required preparatory works.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying all measurements and specifications unless a site survey is conducted by The Kitchen Specialists.
​
While we will assist in the selection process, it remains your responsibility to confirm the final cabinet colour, door style, and door colour in writing prior to order placement.
​
Once the order has been received and the build process has commenced, no changes can be made to the cabinetry.
​
Any changes requested after this point may incur additional costs and are subject to supplier approval.
​
Please inform us promptly of any changes to the project scope.
​
​
Warranty and Liability
We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation.
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products and are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
​
We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
​
Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
​
Customer data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and will not be shared with third parties without consent. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
