Our first conversation is all about understanding your needs and arranging a convenient site visit. During the visit, we’ll measure your space and talk through your ideas in detail so we can fully understand your vision.

From there, we’ll create a design tailored to you and invite you to a follow‑up appointment to review it together. This is your chance to explore the design, ask questions, and make any changes you’d like.

We’ll also guide you through choosing the perfect finishing touches, from appliances and worktops to handles and accessories. Ensuring your new kitchen reflects your style beautifully.

We provide a clear, detailed quotation alongside your bespoke kitchen design, giving you full visibility of costs and the freedom to adjust your design to suit your vision and budget. Transparency and collaboration are at the heart of our process.

Once you are completely happy with the design, we move on to ordering your kitchen. A 30% deposit secures your order, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before delivery.

With over 20 years of working closely with trusted local trades, builders, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, painters and specialist fitters, we coordinate everything on your behalf. We’ll organise the required trades and confirm your installation date, ensuring your project runs smoothly and is completed to the highest standard.

As we fully project‑manage your kitchen, we keep you updated throughout the process, answering questions and making sure everything feels stress‑free and enjoyable.
